Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction annual increment from 2006 onwards to the petitioner and revise the wage of the petitioner for the post of Helper as per wage revision settlement as per B.P.(CH) No.223 dated 21.11.2009 and fix the basic pay of the petitioner of Rs.9720 w.e.f.1.12.2007 and all other benefits and pay the arrears of salary on the basis of the representation dated 17.6.2013.
