The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 25.6.2014 passed in I.A.No.16298 of 2013 by the III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the learned Judge without considering Ex.R1 to R5 filed by the petitioners, allowed the application to implead the proposed defendants as defendants 6 and 7 in the suit, which warrants interference of this Court. 3.This Court is of the view that the learned counsel for the petitioner can raise all his objections before the Court below and the learned Judge shall consider the same before disposing of the suit, after affording an opportunity to the petitioners as well as the respondents. 4.With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
