Heard Mr.S.Venkatesh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Madhan, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Order dated 29.10.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.26583 of 2015 has been

complied with and the investigation in Crime No.47 of 2015 has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.11 of 2017 before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
