This contempt petition is filed for non compliance of the order of this Court dated 27.07.2012 in W.P.No.20139 of 2012.
2. On 27.07.2012, this Court passed an order in W.P.No.20139 of 2012 to extend the benefit to the writ
petitioner in respect of the order passed by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education Department, dated 14.8.2009.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader brought to the knowledge of this Court that a batch of Writ Appeals are pending in this regard in W.A.No.1310 of 2016 and those writ appeals are pending for adjudication before the Division Bench of this Court.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
