ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.6(b) on the petitioner on anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28824 of 2024 in Crime No.11 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024, the Page No.1 of 4

petitioner is directed to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28824 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
