2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.91 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025,, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
