Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondents 4, new plan No.254/2001, dated 18.05.2001 pertaining to petitioners Annadhapatty Housing Scheme at Salem issued on 2012 for the house sold in 1996 and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to follow the original plan drawn on 1996 and fix the final cost as per correct plan.
