ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of 2 nd respondent pertaining to impugned Notice dated 31.01.2020 issued U/s.379(a) of C.C.M.C Act 4 of 1919 and affixed on the petitioners premises on 04.02.2020 at Shop bearing No.24F, First Floor, Corporation Commercial Complex, No.64, NSK Salai, Kodambakkam, Chennai-24, locking and sealing of the same as illegal and quash the same.
2. Today, 21.03.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

Learned standing counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner was having his godown in the subject matter property, and the property was demolished by the respondents in the year 2021. The petitioner also vacated the said premises in the same year. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
