ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the disguise of the enquiry, based on the foisted complaint lodged by the defacto complainant on the file of the 1st Respondent.
2. This petition is filed stating that on the basis of the complaint given by the 2nd respondent, petitioner is unnecessarily harassed.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that petitioner gave a complaint against the 2nd respondent alleging that 2nd respondent is threatening him in connection with a money transaction. 2nd respondent also gave a representation. The complaint of the petitioner and the representation of the 2nd respondent were enquired and in the enquiry, petitioner undertook to pay money to the 2nd respondent. Therefore, petition enquiry was closed as of now. There is no enquiry pending against the petitioner and he is not required for any enquiry.
4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that there is no First Information Report or petition enquiry pending against the petitioner and petitioner is not required for any enquiry, there is no need to pass any orders on this petition in this regard. 2/4
