O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.34 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 498(A), 352, 506(I) IPC r/w. Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2018 and also filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance by the concerned Court. The charge sheet challenged in Crl.O.P.No.26471 of 2020, is also pending.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
