ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to dispose of the Execution Petition filed by the respondent/defendant in R.E.P.No.60 of 2015 in O.S.No.145 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif 's Court at Palacode.

2. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared for two hearings, the matter was posted for orders on 06.11.2020. On 06.11.2020 also, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared either in person or through video conferencing. In all the hearings, the learned counsel for the respondent pressed to pass orders. Hence, this matter is posted today (11.11.2020) under the caption, " for dismissal".

3. Today, also there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that because of pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the Executing Court could not proceed with the EP and pressed to pass orders in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
