ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent police to provide police protection on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 16.01.2025.
2. On receipt of the said complaint, the fourth respondent conducted an enquiry and thereafter, transferred to the file of CBCID for further investigation.
3. That apart, this Court in C.R.P. No. 443 of 2025 by order dated 07.03.2025 directed to form a special team headed by an officer above the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police in CBCID and to conduct preliminary
enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
