By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner is a resident of Chennimalai and belongs to a particular community and he is also a devotee of Lord Subramanyasamy of Chennimalai and according to him, on 7.7.2014, the second respondent has conducted Maha Kumbabishekam (Thirukuda Nanneerattu Peruvizha) with the contributions of all and contrary to the said fact, the people belonging to a particular Community, have caused destruction claiming as if they alone have conducted the said festival. For removal of the same, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 11.2.2015, and though it was acknowledged by the first respondent on 12.2.2015, he has not been favoured with any response and hence, came forward to file the writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.I.C.Vasudevan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.2.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after putting the concerned persons on notice, and communicate the decision to the respective parties. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
