This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of Sale Deed Document No. 2120 dated 16.07.1991, in response to the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024.
2. Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry into the complaint lodged by the petitioner regarding the issuance of a Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of Sale Deed Document No. 2120 dated 16.07.1991. The second respondent shall pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
