This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.not known of 2023 for the alleged offences under Sections 390, 420, 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the respondent police.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons claimed to be police officers and robbed worth Rs.1,40,00,000/- from a gold merchant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and a false case has been foisted against him. gbi pending against him. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
