2. C.M.P.No.5142 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 582 days in paying deficit Court fees of Rs.13,000/- in the above C.M.A.SR.No.64627 of 2018.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 561 and 582 days are condoned and both the petitions are ordered.
