ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to set off the petitioner's remand period and conviction from 23.11.2001 to 01.03.2002, from 01.05.2004 to 15.05.2004 and from 23.03.2009 to 15.05.2009 in SC.No.3 of 2003 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court, Ponnamalee. 2.Without going into merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.10.2019 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
