ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent police to forthwith comply with the order dated 07.03.2024 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kurinjipadi, in Crl.M.P.No.1176 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that as directed in Crl.M.P.No.1176 of 2023 dated 07.03.2024 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kurinjipadi, the FIR has been registered in Crime No.62 of 2025, for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(1) of IPC.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
