This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register the case on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that petition enquiry was conducted on a complaint dated 09.05.2015, given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 20.05.2015.
