(CRIME NO.22 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondnet police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioenr in Crl.O.P No.1577 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.3030 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1577 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition.
