ORDER

The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 03.06.2025.

2. Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner has given an online complaint and if the petitioner complies with the requirements stipulated in the Circular Memorandum in Rc.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022, the 3rd respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within within the

time stipulated by this Court.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the 3rd respondent on the date fixed and furnish all particulars as required under the aforesaid circular issued by the Director General of Police. On receipt of such particulars, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
