ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.02.2015 and made in W.P.No.3883 of 2015.

2.It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the enquiry was conducted and order has been passed on 06.05.2015 in Na.Ka.No.3197/2015/A3. The learned Special Government Pleader further states that the order has been communicated to the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that till date the petitioners have not received the copy of the order.

4.In the light of the above submissions, there will be a direction to the respondents to send one more copy of the order dated 06.05.2015 to the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader shall hand over photostat copy of the order dated 06.05.2015 to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners today.

5.In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their rights in the manner known to law.
