Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the Time to surrender before Judicial Magistrate, IV Vellore, Vellore (DT) and to complying the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.1392 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 and thus render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BALAJI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1392 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 to surrender before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1392 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 is extended till 21.03.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
