ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner/judgment debtor against the order passed by the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in E.P.No.1934 of 2013 in Arbitration Proceedings No.2163/2012, dated 27.04.2015.

2. The respondent herein had filed an execution petition in E.P.No.1934 of 2013 on the file of the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to execute the award passed in the Arbitration Proceedings No.2163/2012 dated 29.11.2012, by attaching and selling the movable properties belonged to the petitioner herein. The learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, by the order dated 27.04.2015 had allowed the said Execution Petition and passed an order to attach the movable properties of the petitioner herein. Feeling aggrieved, the judgment debtor has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent appeared through Video Conferencing. 2/4

4. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the parties had settled the matter and the respondent/decree holder will file a memo reporting settlement before the Executing Court on the next hearing date, i.e., on 20.01.2021.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
