Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.02.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in C.No.440/2016 and the same was closed on 04.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
