(CRIME NO.558 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that this petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, in order dated 27.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17770 of 2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KINGSTON JEROLD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17770 of 2021 dated 27.09.2021 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is not complying with the bail condition and therefore opposed the petition to relax the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking note of the objection raised, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and further if there is any breach of Bail condition, it is open to the respondent to take appropriate action as per the Bail order.
