(CRIME NO.45 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for further two weeks to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.1146 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022 on the file of Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to execute the sureties made in Crl.O.P.No.1146 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022.

2. On 20.01.2022, while granting bail to the petitioner, a condition was imposed that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the Registered Advocate Clerks Association, Namakkal and to execute two sureties each like for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- before the Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Salem, within a period of fifteen days.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already deposited Rs.15,000/- in the account of Advocate Clerks Association, Namakkal, as directed by this Court. However, he seeks extension of time for executing sureties.

5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for furnishing the sureties, time is extended till 21.03.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 04/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
