This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22975 of 2022 on 15.11.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has executed the bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, but, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police even a single day as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
