This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection to the Petitioners and for fencing their property.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel Government Advocate would submit that the Petitioner and Respondents 3 to 5 are close relatives. There exists civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispute between the them and litigations are also between them. On the basis of the complaint given by the Petitioners, enquiry is being conducted in CSR.No.3/2022. He would further submit that summons will be issued to Respondents 3 to 5 and enquiry will be conducted and if necessary, adequate protection will be given for fencing the property.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
