2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the sanction order has been given in favour of the petitioner through proceedings dated 01.03.2024. The copy of the order was also placed before this Court.

Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be a direction to respondent to consider payment of arrears of family pension payable to the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
