ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating in C.C.No.130 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate IV, Tiruppur and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the petitioner was acquitted in this case in C.C.No.130 of 2021 by the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Tiruppur and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and as the petitioner was acquitted, nothing survives for further adjudication.
