The present application has been filed to amend the cause title of defendant's address in the place of short and long cause title and statement of address of parties as " The Managing Directr, Manappuram Head Office at Kerala, W-4/638-A, Manappuram House, Valapad P.O., Thrissur, Kerala - 680 567 and Manappuram Finance (TN) Private Limited, (Unit of Manappuram Group of Companies includes other Entities), having its Regional Office at Chennai , No.528, NSK Nagar, 3rd Avenue, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106," instead of Manappuram Finance (TN) Private Limited, (Unit of Manappuram Group of Companies includes Manappuram General Finance & Leasing Limited and other Entities), having its Branch Office at Old No.251/2, New No.304, Arcot Road, V.K.K.Complex, Vadapalani, Chennai - 600 026, Represented by its Area Manager, K.Balaji in the above C.S.(Comm. Div.) No.298 of 2025 on the file of this Court.
