This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to pass an order of direction, directing the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 29.04.2015 and proceed further in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner, who is a coolie, suffered some injuries while transporting glass from one M/s.Alif Cabins on 04.04.2015. Now it is alleged that the employer is not paying workmen compensation. On this allegation, a FIR cannot be registered and the petition is closed with a liberty to petitioner to approach the Workmen Compensation Commissioner and other authorities concerned in this regard and work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
