Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceeding No.Na.Ka.No.3615/A1/2021, dated 26.10.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the third and fourth respondents to provide the family pension of the deceased Duraisamy in PPO.No.C628079/EDG to the petitioner.
