The Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 15.03.2016 made in PEC/PERS/1(33)/92 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as null and void.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was permitted to retire during pendency of the Writ Petition and hence the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to this effect.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There is no order as to costs.
