This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 12.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.16388 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14438 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
