When this matter came up for hearing on 07.10.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has handed over the bundle to the petitioners. Considering the same, the Registry was directed to remove the name of the counsel for the petitioners in the cause-list and print the name of the petitioners. Accordingly, the name of the petitioners was printed in the cause-list and posted the matter on 30.11.2020, but there was no representation for the petitioners on 30.11.2020. Hence, the matter was adjourned and posted today under the caption "for dismissal." Today also, there is no representation for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondent appeared through Video Conferencing. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
