No.14 of 2014 M.SUNDAR.,J Captioned application has been taken out by 'Sharon Solutions Limited' [hereinafter 'said Company' for the sake of convenience] which is sought to be wound up in the main Company Petition i.e., 'C.P.No.14 of 2014' [hereinafter 'main CP' for the sake of convenience] at the instance of a petitioning creditor.

2. Applicant is now making a prayer to change the status of the applicant Company from 'Under Liquidation' to 'Active' pending disposal of the present Company Petition. This prayer is resisted by the petitioning creditor but that is a matter which has to be gone into when the other application and/or main Company Petition is taken up.

3. Be that as it may, as regards the implead prayer, Mr.R.Rajesh Vivekananthan, learned counsel who is before this Court, accepts notice on behalf of the 'Registrar of Companies' ['ROC'], Chennai.
