ORDER
This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petition dated 16.04.2015 and hold investigation in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.R.Chellappa,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 16.04.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
