This application has been filed by the defendants seeking reception of additional documents. The documents sought to be received by this Court are Court proceedings subsequent to the filing of the written statement filed by the defendants.

Eventhough a counter affidavit has been filed objecting to the allowing of this application, this Court is rejecting the same on the ground that no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if the documents are allowed to be received, which are Court proceedings, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the documents are allowed to be received and marked as exhibits on the side of the defendants, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. The plaintiff is granted liberty to cross-examine the defendants' witnesses with regard to the documents allowed to be received by this order. 1/3
