has been permitted is the use of the common road in 2010, except Survey No.595/1 in respect of which proceedings have been initiated under Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. 2.We are of the view that no further directions are required. If the petitioner feels that there is some other material which they want to place before the concerned authorities, they may do so or they will have to take recourse to civil proceedings on account of the disputed questions of fact.
