This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 6.5.2015 and investigate the same as expeditiously as possible. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
It is submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.5 of 2015 under section 376 IPC and while the petitioner was in prison, his wife had given a complaint that the anti-social elements had ransacked the house and in this regard CSR 133 of 2015 is pending.

In view of the said submission, this petition is closed and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.
