This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue appropriate directions to the respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Deepalakshmi, a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioners. The petitioners shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
