This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.12.2014 and investigate it in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 07.03.2015 as the case is civil in nature and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
