This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24326 of 2024, dated 03.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge (POCSO Cases), Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and charge filed filed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24326 of 2024, dated 03.10.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
