..Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the respondents 3 and 2 in connection with the orders passed by them in C.No.H1/PR80/2012 u/r 3(b) dated 16.08.2013 and Na.Ka.No.8260/D2/13, dated 16.09.2013 respectively and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all monetary and service benefits. By the consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for hearing.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as against the impugned order a statutory appeal has already been filed before the 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the prayer in the Writ Petition, the main Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
