Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial court daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1968 of 2018 by an order dated 29.01.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1968 of 2018 on 29.01.2019, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 pm, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioner from 03.02.2019 till date.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1968 of 2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 29.01.2019, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 am, until further orders. -sd/- 21/02/2019 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
