The petitioners/A1 and A3 in Crime No.12 of 2024 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 352, 506 (2) and 195A of IPC seek anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier petition seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed on 08.02.2024. Subsequently, on 13.03.2024, on completion of investigation, the respondent had filed a final report, which had been taken cognizance in C.C.No.149 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kilvelur. The petitioners herein had been shown as absconding accused. Naturally, the petitioners will have to surrender before the said Court and this anticipatory bail petition would not lie and the same stands dismissed. smv 29.04.2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.
