ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to regularize his service from the date of completion of 10 years of service from the date of initial appointment on 19.12.1991 with all monetary and other consequential service benefits including the arrears of pay in the revised scale.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. Pending Writ Petition, the petitioner died long back. However, the legal heirs did not take any steps to substitute themselves in the place of the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal representatives of the petitioner are at liberty to make fresh claim before the respondent.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as
