This Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records relating to the Judgment dated 18.10.2012 passed in C.A.No.92/2012 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge of Erode District, modifying the judgment dated 27.04.2012 passed in S.C.No.11 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Erode and set aside the same. When the Criminal Revision Case was taken up for hearing on 29.08.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and hence the matter was directed to be posted on 10.09.2018.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks adjournment, which this Court is not inclined to grant, since the revision is pending from the year 2013 and still the petitioner is not ready to conduct the case.
